Searched but could not find Palo Alto thread

I am trying to install a palo alto Plugin. It has been at least 4 1/2 years since I installed a new plugin on my nagios XI. Could i get some assistance please. I found the following plugin i would like to try.

when i click on it it opens, so I saved it as a dot-PL, i have uploaded it using manage plugins
Only because when I look in my plugin library, most all others are .pl

But aside from that i am at a lose, a push in the right direction would be lovely, thank you

You will want to rename the plugin to match the others, something like this
mv /usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_paloalto.dot-PL /usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_paloalto.pl
