Email configuration issues

Hi Team,

I have configured email notification in Nagios XI by referring to the document "How to Configure Email And Text Notifications" on a DB server.
As per the document, everything seems to be correct. But the problem we are facing is, the email notification is going to a different mail id and not to the mail id which we have configured in "Manage contacts" for that particular host.

The notification should go to Unix team DL "[email protected]", but it is going to DBA team DL "[email protected]". I am attaching the configuration related screen shots. Both the mail ids are present as "Contacts" and "Users" as well.

Please let me know how to send mail to correct mail id.

Can you PM me (or anyone on the Nagios Support team) your profile?

Admin > System Profile > Download Profile

We will need to review your configs, and log files in order to find out what is causing the issue.
