I found a 3rd party plugin on the Nagios Exchange, which checks if all required kernel modules have been loaded:

Is this what you were looking for? There are many community plugins on the Nagios Exchange. If you find one that fits your needs, you can create a new command and a service in Nagios Xi by following the steps, outlined in the document below:
