UDP Port and ldap url configuration

Hi All,

I was trying to configure monitoring for UDP Port and ldap URL.
They went to unknown state with no error message.
Suggest what can be done?

What plugin(s) are you using to monitor? What options are you using to do the checks? Try running the commands from XI's command line and see what results you get.

Hi ,

We are using the below plugins:
check_ldap
check_ldaps

Kindly advice if any other plugins need to be installed and the command that we need to configure.

Are you still seeing the unknown state returned? You can try manually running a test by editing the service check under Configure > Core Config Manager > Monitoring > Services, and clicking the "Run Check Command". Please post the results of this as well as the full command(remove any sensitive info if needed). Also try running the same command from the command line as nagios(run "su - nagios" to switch to the nagios first).
