Do you have a password defined in the nsclient.ini file? Can you try passing it to your command?

Code: Select all

# ./check_nt -H 10.0.0.10 -p 12489 -s <password> -v CLIENTVERSION
Does your command work when you use a password in it?

Is opening a new support ticket via our support center an option for you? We may need to schedule a remote session to further troubleshoot this issue.

We did not code a userid/password on any of our agents.

I am not opposed to opening a case outside of the forum.
