Minimum ESXi Version Needed?

I have tried downloading and installing the VMware / ESX vSphere Virtual Machines but due to an error I get I am unable to import either one using the methods described in the videos. I cannot find on the site specific requirement information for the ESXi Version needed to run these VMs.

I have ESXi v5.0.0 and due to the error I’m getting I assume I need to upgrade but to what minimal version? If someone could tell me I’d be obliged.

ESXi 5.0 is End Of Life, we require 5.5+

vCenter Server 6.5 and 6.7 are supported through 2023
