Cannot Acknowledge issues;
I'm logged in Nagios as myself, I verified my users settings.. I am admin.

Can you provide a little bit more information? Is this a new install of Nagios XI or an upgrade? If this is an upgrade, what was the version of XI that you upgraded from?
Do you see any errors in the web UI when you try to acknowledge a problem? Screenshots would be helpful. Any errors in the apache error log? Any crashed tables/errors in the mysql (mariadb) log?
Can you apply configuration successfully?
Can other admin users, including nagiosadmin acknowledge problems? Have you done any modifications to the system prior to seeing this issue?

I believe this is from an upgrade, the person that used to manage Nagios is no longer here. And I'm taking over, I dont know the previous version. If there is a way to check let me know.
I do not get any errors when I Acknowledge, screen blinks as if it did acknowledge it but never actually acknowledges it, this doesn't work for anyone.

I believe it would be easier to troubleshoot this type of issue in a support ticket, and schedule a remote if necessary. Can you please open a ticket via our support center?
