In our environment we have enabled auto ticketing in Service Now and its working fine, but for one server "Memory Usage" service auto ticket has failed to create the ticket in Service Now. When we check in Nagios end service check attempt has completed (5/5) stating that "Warning" HARD alert but again its checking from the same 5/5 check attempt stating that service is "OK" HARD alert.
So can you explain me the scenario why double time 5/5 attempt happen (Warning/OK) state
