Can you show us the command that you are running from the command line, along with the output of it?
Did you make sure that the password that you are using in your command matches the one that is defined in the nsclient.ini (or NSC.ini) on the Windows machine? If you recently changed the password in the NSClient++ configuration file, have you restarted the service, so that changes can take effect?
