I am configuring a Linux Nagios Core server for our network and have been asked to look into the monitoring of procceses on an HP Non-Stop server. It's an expensive box which claims to be very resilient.
I know that the Non-Stop has SSH configured so I was thinking to use the check_by_ssh plugin.
I don't have direct access to the Non-Stop but I know it runs a Posix shell called OSS so I will be using this.
The problem is that the Non-Stop SSH is not understanding Public Key Authentication and I want to guide our Non-Stop guys in the right direction.
Does anyone in this forum have any experience with configuring a Non-Stop for SSH within the OSS shell?
Here's hoping

Monitoring HP Non-Stop (Tandem)
Re: Monitoring HP Non-Stop (Tandem)
This is not a nagios support question. We will however leave the topic open for the time being, in case some nagios users have experience with Non-Stop SSH, and decide to chime in.Does anyone in this forum have any experience with configuring a Non-Stop for SSH within the OSS shell?
