Failed to create PDF Verify that your Nagios XI server

The problem has gone away! but I got the error 2 things.
1. It's very slow to export pdf. I waiting ~4mins to export a pdf done.
2. sql error.

Have you checked the mysqld.log (or mariadb.log) for crashed db tables or other errors? Please follow the troubleshooting steps, outlined in our KB article on the topic here:

No error on the mariadb.

It's possible that the connection timed out, which caused the error.

What is the wait_timeout set at in the mariadb? Run the following command and show the output:

echo "show global variables like 'wait_timeout'" | mysql -u root -pnagiosxi

You may try increasing this value, especially if you are running a very large reports.

For the problem, I have backed-up and restored on the in-place system reinstall OS and XI. now graphs it working.
