1. How to fetch the information of scheduled downtime hosts or services using API

2 . How to add the hosts or services into the scheduled downtime using API

This is currently not available but I can see it being useful, I will add a feature request for it.

In Nagios XI under Help -> REST API Docs -> System Reference -> system/scheduleddowntime
