Issue with Nagios NRPE v3.2.1 not running as nagios user

I have installed NRPE V3.2.1 on AIX7.1
After installation, nrpe is starting the daemon as root, though i have specified in the nrpe.cfg, nrpe_user and nrpe_group as "nagios" user

can you please help how to start the nrpe daemon as "nagios" user

What is the document/tutorial/guide that you followed when installing NRPE on AIX7.1? Can you provide us with a URL to it?
