Space Utilizing issue due to DB Sync

Hi
We have created a database sync in Nagios Xi. Where my Nagios Database is the mater and the Slave is replicating the same with MariaDB-bin file.

After every successful apply configuration it is creating the different set of files for MariaDB-Bin file which is almost 1 GB. Due which the partition is getting filled and we are facing the issue of Mysql stopping due to low size capacity

Kindly provide a suitable solution for the same.
