NagiosXI License Transfer

We are replacing a machine that hosts our NagiosXI, How do I go on transferring the license on to the new machine?

If you yuse the backup and restore process the license will be transfered automatically

Hi,

It will be a fresh install. I believe we can associate the license with 3 installation of nagiosxi. I would like to replace the machine which uses our DR/backup instance.

I just looked at your account and you have already used all of your available activations. Please reach out to [email protected] to see if they can increase the amount of activations for your license.
