Component upload failed.

Hello, i'm unable to upload a component on one of our nagiosxi server. getting error --Component upload failed.
however, i able to upload same component on another nagiosxi server without any issue.

error in httpd/error_log is like below

PHP Warning: File upload error - unable to create a temporary file in Unknown on line 0

while checking i found it was unable to create temporary file under /usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp/ but didn't find any fix for it.

Can you show the permissions of this directory?
