error in nagios xi client installation

Hi Team,

we are facing issue in installation of nrpe file not getting created under /etc/xinet.d/.
installation error :- sed: can't read /etc/xinetd.d/nrpe: No such file or directory
Subcomponents installation failed - exiting
RESULT=1

output error in nagiox XI:- No output on stdout) stderr: connect to address 10.172.64.15 port 5666: Connection refused
