Nagios service unknown

Hi Team,

we are using NCPA client on windows servers to communicate with Nagios server which is in Linux server.
But a few services on few servers are in unknown state . whenever i tried to restart the service it getting stuck at starting mode.
even i tried to reboot the server but services are not coming up properly.
I tried to install the latest NCPA client 2.1.5 on that server but the result is same. There is nothing in the log file as usual.

Please let us know what to do.

Can you show us the actual checks for the "unknown" services that you are running from the command line on the Nagios XI server, along with the output of them?

Note: If you are unsure of what the checks are, go to the CCM > Services > <your service>, click on the Run Check Command button, and show the output.
