disable renewal reminders on 5.4.13

I know that in the 5.5.0 was added this features:

Can you tell me how to make the same think in nagios XI 5.4.13?
It is also good disable popup for all user.

I'm sorry, I did not ready your first post carefully enough.

The ability to suppress renewal reminders was not added until 5.5.0, you would need to upgrade to use this feature.
