NSClient++ Issue

Post by computerguy2012 »

I'm using Nagios Core 3.3.1 on Centos ver. 6.2:

I'm getting a Critical state on my Windows Server Datacenter....It says connection refused could not fetch information from sever. I've alrealy browsed around and tried a few things people suggested but still can't get this to work. Nrpe is up and running from Centos Sever and I can run a NSClient++ /test command from Windows Server and it comes up with results okay. Any ideas? Or what is my best way to monitor Windows machines?

Thanks.

It's difficult to help without knowing what you've already tried. Did you add the respective host to the allowed hosts option?
