Fusion version 4.1.5 dashboard
Fusion version 4.1.5 dashboard
Hi,
I have a few issues about the dashboard in fusion 4.1.5.
1) There is any dashboard which only show the open problems serives and hosts like Operation Center dashboard of Fusion 2014R1.0?
2) If i want to downgrade from 4.1.15 to 2014R1.0 I can use the same license?
Thanks!

Re: Fusion version 4.1.5 dashboard
You can create one by adding the "Open Host Problems" and "Open Service Problems" dashlets to a dashboard.
Re: Fusion version 4.1.5 dashboard
Hi scottwilkerson,
I did it but if alerts are in downtime and not in acknowledge in local Nagios XI I still can see the alerts in Fusion.
In the dashboards you said I choosed in settings filter acknowledgements - "show unhandled" and it's still show me the alerts which are in downtime as open problem in Fusion.
The only way to remove the alert from Fusion dashboards is to put it in acknowledge which is an issue for me.
There is any way in those 2 dashboards to show only what's in open servres and hosts problems? (like Operation Center dashboard of Fusion 2014R1.0)

Re: Fusion version 4.1.5 dashboard
This was a previous bug that I believe is fixed in a newer version of the component.
Go to Admin -> Manage Components -> Check for updated
download and install 4.1.1 of the Network Operations Center component

Re: Fusion version 4.1.5 dashboard
Hi scottwilkerson,
Network Operations Center was already in version 4.1.1 and still I have the same problem.
All the alerts are in downtime in local Nagios XI (Operaion center screen is clean of alerts) but in Fusion I can see those alerts.
Also I filter the Network Operations Center screen to show only unhandled problems.
Any idea why?

Re: Fusion version 4.1.5 dashboard
Are these hosts or services?
I just tested this with Services and if I set the dashlet to just "Show Unhandled" when I put a service in downtime they disappear when the page refreshes

I believe I found the issue.
Please install this modified Network Operations Center component and let me know if this accomplishes your goal.

Hi,
I tried to upload the file in Manage Components page and got this error:
Unable to move uploaded file. Check your permissions on /usr/local/nagiosfusion/tmp

Can you show the following permissions?
Code: Select all
ls -dl /usr/local/nagiosfusion/tmp
