Rest API new version

Hi,

I have deployed Nagios XI version 5.5 and I saw that ther is a new version of the backend API.
I searched in the Help section to see if I can get the following APIs:
1) get notification swith contacts
2) get top alert producers

I havn't seen anything about it the new manual.
Are those opstions are still exists?

Hello, @elade. We changed the backend API location, but you can still use it. In XI web interface go to the Admin menu, then open the Backward Compatibility tab and check the box that says:

Allow Insecure Logins

Then click on the username in the top right corner, next to the logout page. Under "Insecure Login Settings" check the box that says "Enable Insecure Login".
Here's the syntax of the commands:

https://192.168.3.87/nagiosxi/reports/t ... =<insecure login ticket>
https://192.168.3.87/nagiosxi/reports/n ... =<insecure login ticket>

*Replace the IP address, username, and the ticket.

Hi npolovenko ,

In NagiosXI version 5.5 under Admin menu there is no Backward Compatibility.
Also in Backed API there is no ticket anymore just an API string.

Hi, @elade. Once you enable it, the backend ticket should appear in the nagiosadmin menu.
