Windows 2000

Hi,
can a windows 2000 machine be monitored.
all the windows guys are saying it can't take the NCPA agent, and they don't even think the NRPE agent
is there a way to monitor an ancient OS like windows 2000, that apparently they can't turn off

You could probably use NSClient++. Here, it says that Windows 2000 is supported.

You could also use SNMP. Here's a tutorial that I found on configuring SNMP on Windows 2000 Server:

Maybe, you could also use WMI. Here's our official documentation on monitoring Windows using WMI:
