Hello Nagios Crew,
is there some configuration parameter that allows me to view in a service definition more than 8 ARGS ($ARGS1$, $ARGS2$ etc.).
I have read the solution of putting all in one ARGS but the wizard (dell openmanger wizard) is using more than 8 ARGS and I cannot view them.
Thanks
SAndro

What version of XI are you running, you can grab it from the bottom left hand side of the web interface.

Hello Sam,
I am running version 5.5.6.
Can you explain what you mean?

Thanks

We can add additional fields to the CCM in one of the future versions of Nagios XI, but for the time being I would recommend that you put more than one argument in a field (as a "workaround").
Example:
Example:
Code: Select all
$ARG6$ --http.port=443 --http.timeout=30 --http.retries=1Be sure to check out our Knowledgebase for helpful articles and solutions!

Re: In service Definition view more than 8 ARGS
So I guess I will have to wait.
The problem is that some plugins like the DELL idrac checks use more than the available fields so more than 8 $ARGS$ are very usefull.
This can be closed.
Thanks
Sandro
