NAgios client is utilising more memory

Hi Team,

we are using nsclient of version 0.4.4.15 across our infrastructure.
But recently, in one of our server, nsclient is utilizing 90% of memory constantly.

Can you please let us know, how to resolve this issue.

I would recommend upgrading to the latest stable version, .5.2.35, and see if this resolves the issue as memory leaks have been corrected (https://github.com/mickem/nscp/issues/199).

Can we know the reason, why agent utilizes the high memory all of sudden.
Cant we fix in same version.

If this is only occurring in one for your servers, then it's probably an issue with that system itself. Can you post the nsclient.log file, so we can review it for errors?

To enable debug log in the nsclient.ini:
