Service Template and Service Group

I'm sorry if someone has already opened this question,
I'm new in nagioxi and I am trying to configure my environment more scalable as I can.
Reading documentation I didn't understand what happend if I create a Service Template and I add a Service Group in "Manage ServiceGroup".
I expect that service in service group will inheritance properties in Service Template, but It doesn't work.

For Example I need to set the same "Note Url" for a services in a servicegroup, I prefer to not use bulk modification tool (because if i add
a service in this service group it will not take this properties) and I thought to creata an empty Service Template with only "Note Url" ser and apply it to service group, but it seems to me that it is not working.
so my question is: what is the meaning of "Manage ServiceGroup" in Service Template

When adding a Service Group to a template and when you add that template directly to a service, it will inherit the Service Group setting and that service will be added to the Service Group.
It will not work the other way around. If you add a Service to a ServiceGroup which is added to a Service Template, the Service Template settings will not get set to the service.

So it is a totally unusefull option... as lot of think in Nagios...
