@npolovenko, Thanks for writing a custom script. I have sent all required details in PM.
The customized script worked for me. I can restore secondary site from primary but dashboards in Homepage is missing in secondary, what i can see is a blank screen in Homepage where as i can see dashboards in primary. I checked all services and Homepage modification component. Everything seems good. Do i need to check any other config files.
