Contacting Nagios Support
I was working with an engineer who is currently offline, sick, on vacation, not sure. i was told that I should PM "Nagios Support" just in case of such an event. I am trying to do just that and do not have the rights to do so, I assume. There is no PM button for me to contact them. What to do now? Thanks

Re: Contacting Nagios Support
I'm pretty sure your colleague just meant to post the message to the forum. that particular isn't an account that can accept PM's and you should just post any queries to their own thread on the forum.

Re: Contacting Nagios Support
I tried adding Nagios Support as described in the screenshot but when I do it says:
Some users couldn’t be added as they have disabled private message receipt.
Some users couldn’t be added as they have disabled private message receipt.
Re: Contacting Nagios Support
This is correct:
"Nagios Support" user is one of these accounts that don't accept PMs. You can PM your message to ANY member of the Nagios Support team, with the exception of this one. Some users couldn’t be added as they have disabled private message receipt.
