Good morning, is it possible to perform the integrations of Nagios XI and GLPI?

We have a few addons for help desk and ticketing on our our exchange but nothing currently supported for GLPI.

However, it's possible and as a reference I've found a few github repositories from users who have created custom event handlers to register/close tickets in GLPI.
