NagiosXI License Update

HI,

we have purchased NagiosXI License, i applied license and activated it but still we are having some issues, am seeing This feature is part of the Enterprise Edition of Nagios XI. You have 16 days left to test this feature. Learn more about Enterprise Edition features. in some features in Admin Tab.

I am not sure what to apply Enterprise license Key. Any help will be appreciated.
