Once the service critical alert displayed is not disappearing even after the service came up. This issue is existing only for a particular host. Alerts for all other domains are updating fine. when we reload nagios after commending the service of host and uncommend the services will remove the alert temporarily. The same situation will be back once the service down in the host.

This is not an issue of waiting for Nagios Core to re-check the service, you've waited more then 10 or 20 min and it still is RED. There is also a check now feature and that is also failing you. You did reload the web browser, try holding shift and clicking reload. This might bring you back to the main page, so for this to work properly you may need to send the frame to a new tab.
One possibility is that even thought the service is back up Nagios is having another problem, like a firewall or something that was not reconfigured after a reboot.
