Service state history not updated

Dear Support, i notice the service state history for some of my monitored nodes are not updating even though in the overview page the info is updating. Attached is a sample.

I have tried repairing my DB but the service state history is still not updating. Can you advise how can i resolve this?

The state history only records when states change from OK to non-OK and vice-versa, not every record.

The problem is it's not updating even though there is a change in states.
I have already enabled Is Volatile option.

The OK state in the first image is AFTER the service was already in an OK state, it would have to change to a non-OK state for another entry to be created in the state history table.
