verification message not received from Nagiosxi

HI,

I am trying to setup Mobile alerts from NagiosXI and am not able to receive Verification code from NagiosXI. I followed this document.

Hello Johnsmit,

Navigate to Admin >> Manage Email Settings and look at the [Send Mail From] field in General Email Settings. This field needs to be set to an email address in the domain of your SMTP server. If that is not the case, your SMTP server will most likely refuse to relay the verification message as SMTP servers typically don't relay messages from addresses outside of their domain. Let us know if this resolves your issue.
