Integrate NagiosXI with OTRS

Hi Team,

I m having an Nagiox XI instances configured and also a OTRS system, i want to integrate both so that whenever alarm is generated by nagios OTRS opens a new ticket with unique ID and closes the same ticket when alarm is cleared
