AWS AMI Not Available in Canada (Central)

AWS AMI Not Available in Canada (Central)

I'm following a support document which outlines step by step instructions for launching the Nagios XI in AWS. In my region, when I select the AMI there are ZERO available instance types listed "All Instance Types" and "All Generations" are listed.

My VPC is in the Canada (Central) region, and the document https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... -Cloud.pdf shows Canada (Central) as a supported region.

Hello @prairiesailor,

Sorry about the troubles, I've confirmed the issue your having and we're currently looking into it. If you're able to select another geography such as the US West you'll get a listing of instance types.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Hi there,

Thanks for confirming. My VPC is in the Central region, and my instance would be required here due to VPN connection, etc. I suppose I will wait until an update is provided.

We've updated our Amazon images and are are now available for most instance types in your region. Please note as the documentation has been updated as well.
