execute power shell script on nsclient 0.4.3.143.

Hi Team,

When i tried to execute a powershell script with nsclient version 0.4.3.143. installed on windows 2012 server. I received the following error

For this version do we need to have nsc configuration or nsclient configuration i have attached both for your reference
