Re: Host down - no notification
Hi @amane,
Can you go to Reports > Available Reports > State History and run the report with the following options:
1. Period > Last Month
2. Limit To > Host = mswebremprd004
3. Type > Hosts
4. State Type > Both
5. States > Any
and post this in your reply.
Also, click on your user name in the upper right, select Notification Preferences and verify that they are enabled along with the correct settings for the notification options.
Thank you.

Re: Host down - no notification
Hi @amane,
Thank you for running that report, and that looks normal. I would like to review your configuration files to verify the notification options for that host.
To send us your system profile. Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and upload it to a cloud storage of your choice. You can share a link with me in a personal message.
After you upload the profile please post something in this thread to bring it up in the support queue.

Hello @amane,
That error is typically caused by an incorrect sudoers file. Please make a backup or take a VM snapshot.
Backup Instructions:
https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf
Then follow the instructions in the following document:
Nagios XI - Profile Build Failed
