SNMP Trap SQL error

Post by Transmission »

I have upgraded our nagiosxi (installed from an image you supplied, CentOS 6.3) from an old version (couple of years) to the most recent one using the upgrade button in the XI interface. I had a couple of issues with it but they are all solved now. I did the upgrade to start using the snmp trap interface and because it was long overdue.

When I lookup the OID in the Show Unknown Trap Log and add it to Add a Trap Definition together with an Event Name, Category, Severity, Description and click on Enable Passive Service Setup I get: Trap saved submitting restart of snmptt on submitting the form.

When I press F5 a few seconds later I get this:
SQL Error [nagiosxi] : ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "xi_cmp_trapdata_trapdata_event_name_key"
Failed to add trap definition

When I want to disable the Passive Service afterwards I get a lot of the following type of errors:
SQL Error [nagiosxi] : ERROR: syntax error at or near "LIMIT"
LINE 1: ...trapdata_event_name = 'test2' WHERE trapdata_id = 14 LIMIT 1

Can you help me with this?
