Go to Admin > System Extensions > Manage Components and show us a screenshot of this page, showing the "Birdseye" version number.What do yo want me to do?

As I said before, you need to upgrade your BirdsEye component to the latest version (3.2.3)... You are still using the old version.Birdseye

Go to Admin > System Extensions > Manage Components, and click on "Check for Updates". After updating the BirdsEye component, you should see:The host name is still missing from the last screenshot. This means that most probably you haven't upgraded the BirdsEye component to the latest version... Try upgrading the component to ver. 3.2.3 and see if this is going to fix the issue.

I upgraded platform but built-in components still old.. How can I do this without internet?

You can upload the attached through Admin -> Manage Components
