We would need more information in order to determine what is causing the issue...
Is this a new, fresh install or an upgrade? What version of Nagios XI? What is the operating system/architecture of the machine that you installed Nagios XI on? How did you install it? Are you using a SSL or a proxy? Is you XI in an offline environment? Can you show us the install.log or upgrade.log? What is your specific question?

It was detected that there was Nagios crash after update, we restored from old backup & issue resolved.
