How does the downtime scheduling affect the SLA reporting computation?

The host/service still show the time it wad down unless you check the Advanced -> "Hide scheduled downtime" before running the report

Can you provide the location for the script that calculates the SLA report? We need to determine what may have changed so that server availability percentages have changed since last month given that the servers are in the same downtime schedule as last month.

Thanks!

It appears that the SLA report is compiled with Source Guardian ... //smile

Can you share the evaluation parameters?

Thanks

It is an encrypted file located at /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/reports/sla.php so you cannot look at the code, however it pulls data from the availability report.

Neither of these report however have changed any of their calculations.

I understand that the reports haven't changed. Apparently, something changed in our environment or configurations. I'm trying to answer a question from business about why it differs from last month given that the servers are in the same downtime schedule as last month.

Can you share what factors are considered?

Thanks.

Just those that are available as option at the top of the report page (including those under the Advanced section)
