Hello Nagios Support Team,
I have set up Nagios alert preferences for our team but only I am getting the high importance mark in alerts not other users.
Alerts which we are getting from Nagios V5 server does not have “High Importance” mark for Warring/critical alerts, what could be done to fix it ?

This is a user setting, click the username (upper right) then go to "Notification Preferences"
check the boxes under the triangle for the items you want marked high importance

is there any other way being a Nagios admin, we can deploy same setting for all users who are receiving alerts?

If you have the Enterprise version of Nagios XI you can go to Admin ->Notification Management to deploy these settingsrtsupport wrote:is there any other way being a Nagios admin, we can deploy same setting for all users who are receiving alerts?
