Graph Explorer Graphs Not Adding to Dashboard

Hello,

I have a dashboard i am building with 10 or so graphs. I am trying to add a few more metrics but when adding the graph, the graph shows up blank on the dashboard. (however data in Graph explorer shows just fine). Is there a log file/place to look to see why this isnt showing data? 2 screenshots attached (graph in Graph Explorer and graph when added to a dashboard).

What is the version of Nagios XI (bottom left on the Home page), and Nagios Graph Explorer (Admin > Manage Components) that you are currently using? Do you see any errors in the apache error log after you add the dashlet to your dashboard? Run the following command and post the output in code wraps.

Are you adding the dashlet and viewing the dashboard logged in as nagiosadmin, other admin user or a regular user?

Thanks for the guidance. I am viewing these as a Nagios user with admin privs (not the default nagiosadmin). That said, could a long-ish description of the metric perhaps cause an issue?

What is the version of Nagios XI (bottom left on the Home page), and Nagios Graph Explorer (Admin > Manage Components) that you are currently using?
