Hi,
Is there any way to remove the pre-filled in text "Problem has been acknowledged" from the Acknowledge dialog, and have it mandatory to enter something?
Sometimes techs are too lazy to add any useful info in the Ack, and simply submits it with the pre-filled in text which in most cases does not add any useful information.

Hi @ottow,
Thanks for the input. While that field is required, there is a default value inserted into the field to make it easier to acknowledge the issue. It's certainly possible to edit the form to remove the default value, but this would be overwritten each time you upgrade.
