I should have a response for you tomorrow, I have it labbed up but I need to submit them in the same way so I will be working on that script tomorrow so that I can replicate the states/times. Can you PM me that same notification and state history report showing both hosts and services and both hard and soft states and download it as a CSV so that I can read it easier? I'm not able to replicate it on mine and I'm wondering if I'm missing something since it was just copy/paste.
