Hi Team,

We are unable to apply configuration after configuring one new alert and it is throwing error as below

Error snapshot for Batch Comparison:  Error: Service check command 'check_command_batch !ip!!!!!!!' specified in service - Batch Comparison- ip--- ip' for host 'localhost' not defined anywhere!

Hello, @inas.labib. Can you take 2 screenshots: one with the service check definition and another one with the command definition from the XI GUI and upload them in the ticket?

Looks like you have an extra space after the command name check_command_batch . Delete the new check, save and apply changes, verify the command's configuration under Configure > Core Config Manager > Commands > _Commands, and then try setting the check up again.
