List of Supported Linux Clients? NCPA?

I was wanting to know if the NCPA client was the preferred Windows and Linux client now? If so is there a way to get the NCPA from a repo so I can manage it with the rest of of my updates?

That is correct and you can use the Nagios repository to install NCPA. Please follow the instructions in the documentation below.
