I wasn't sure where to post this so figured I'd try here. I'm curious why information I put in a support ticket through the 'Customer support' forum is visible through a google search. In previous posts I've been asked to include log information which may include host names and I've done so assuming that information remains between me and the support team. Is there someone I need to talk to about this?
Thank you,
support ticket and privacy
