No notifications send sometimes

Hello,

For some unknown reason sometimes no notifications are send.

I see that after the last check attempt the State is "SOFT" instead of "HARD"

We're running
Nagios XI Installed Version: 5.5.2

Any idea if this bug 576 is also in XI ?

This was a bug in the version you are using, I would highly recommend upgrading to the latest 5.5.11
