how to major Memory & CPU

Are there any sub level parameters set within this group,

e.g. How do we get which process is using up the % of memory, similarly for CPU

How do we inform the users which process is using up high memory in case of memory alert and which process is using up high CPU in case of CPU alert.

This would have to be a separate plugin/check. You can usually find what you are looking for on the Nagios Exchange, for example
